How do I raise a support Ticket?

To raise a ticket, click Help and select "Raise Ticket".

A new Screen pops up, fill in the fields and select Create Ticket

Describe your problem and, if you have accompanying information i.e. screenshots, attach to the ticket.

A FRC Customer Support Representative will address this problem within 48 hours Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays although the vast majority of the time the response time is considerably faster than that.
